We strive to provide you with exceptional service and deliver your orders in a timely manner. Here's everything you need to know:


Holiday Shipping Closures: Our warehouse will be closed on the following dates. Orders placed during these closures will begin processing once operations resume.  We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Order Processing

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing from Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that during peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days as our team works carefully through increased order volume.


Shipping Options

  • Free ground shipping is available on all domestic orders over $200.

  • Note: Free shipping is not available during promotional events.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Ground Shipping: 1-3 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days.

Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.


Shipping Restrictions

We strive to ship worldwide, but there may be certain regions where shipping is unavailable due to logistical limitations or carrier restrictions.

If we encounter an issue with your shipping location during processing, we’ll reach out promptly to discuss alternative arrangements or issue a refund.


PO Boxes & Address Verification

  • Shipping to PO Boxes is not available. A valid physical address must be provided.

  • If your shipping address differs from your billing address, additional verification may be required, causing a slight delay.

  • Please double-check all shipping details before finalizing your order to avoid delays.


Shipping Department Hours

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will begin processing on the next business day.


Order Policy

At Riot, we’re all about getting your pieces to you quickly. Orders begin processing as soon as they’re placed, which means we’re often unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. This includes updates to shipping addresses, billing info, promo codes, or items in your cart.

If you reach out right away, we’ll always do our best to help — but because of how quickly we process orders, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Please double-check all information at checkout, especially your shipping address. If a package is delivered to the address provided and it was entered incorrectly, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement. If a package is refused or undeliverable, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Riot Swim reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion and for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or violation of our store policies. We also reserve the right to decline service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

If your order is canceled, you’ll be notified via email and issued a full refund.


Preorders

If you place a preorder, please allow 3–5 business days for shipment after the suggested release date.

  • Preorders cannot be modified once placed.

  • In-stock items purchased with a preorder will ship together when the preorder is ready.


Package Protection with Route

We’ve partnered with Route to offer package protection for your Riot Swim orders.

By adding Route Protection at checkout, your order will be protected against:

  • Lost shipments.

  • Stolen packages (U.S. orders only).

  • Damaged items during transit.

If you purchase Route Protection:

  • You can file a claim easily through the Route app or  website.

  • Route handles claims independently, allowing for faster resolutions compared to carrier investigations.

Claim Filing Deadlines with Route:

Domestic Orders:

  • Lost Package: File between 7 and 30 days from the last tracking update.

  • Stolen Package: File between 5 and 30 days from the date marked delivered.

  • Damaged Package: File within 30 days from the date marked delivered.

International Orders:

  • Lost Package: File between 20 and 30 days from the last tracking update.

  • Stolen Package: Not eligible for stolen claims internationally.

  • Damaged Package: File within 30 days from the date marked delivered.

If you decline Route Protection:

  • Riot Swim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • In the event of an issue, Riot Swim will assist by filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

  • No replacement or store credit will be issued until the carrier’s investigation is completed, which may take 15 business days or longer.

  • If the carrier provides proof of delivery (such as a GPS scan, tracking update, or delivery photo), carrier claims are often denied.These decisions are made by the carrier and are out of our hands.

For peace of mind ,we strongly recommend adding Route Protection during checkout to fully protect your order.


International Orders & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs authorities may apply additional taxes, duties, or fees upon arrival.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s import policies and are not covered by Riot Swim.

  • Our product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which cannot be altered.

  • Riot Swim is not responsible for additional fees charged by carriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx for customs clearance, handling, or processing services.

You are fully responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or carrier-related processing fees required to release your package for delivery.

If your international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or duties:

  • A $50 return shipping fee will be deducted.

  • The remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

  • Refunds will not be provided for refused or returned international orders.

We highly recommend monitoring your tracking closely and contacting your local customs office if needed to avoid any unexpected charges or delivery delays.
