Timeframes for Returns
- Refund Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Store Credit Eligibility: Items returned between 8 to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt are eligible for store credit.
Final Sale Items
Please note that all sale items, including those purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and any other promotional sales, are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for store credit.
Restocking Fee Policy
At Riot Swim, we strive to accommodate our customers while upholding the integrity of our policies. If an exception is made to accept a return outside of our standard policy, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total order amount.
A restocking fee may be charged if:
- The return is accepted beyond the allowed return window.
- The item was originally final sale or non-returnable, but an exception was granted.
- The return was not processed correctly (such as sending back an item without receiving prior approval).
- The return requires additional processing outside of our usual return workflow.
- The return was approved under special circumstances, such as an extended return period or a policy exception.
If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is simple:

Return Shipping and Fees

Order Cancellations

Defective or Incorrect Items
