Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $200.00
- Please allow (1-3) business days for order processing from Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. During sales and high-volume periods, such as promotions, please allow an additional (5) business days for order processing. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
- Transit Times: Transit times are measured from the point of shipping. Once your order has been processed, Ground Shipping will take approximately 5 days, and Priority Shipping will take 2-3 days. Please note that these transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Restrictions: While we strive to provide worldwide shipping, there are certain areas within NWS Australia and Spain where we may be unable to ship due to logistical constraints or shipping restrictions. However, we encourage you to proceed with placing your order, and during the order processing stage, our team will thoroughly review and assess the shipping feasibility to your specific location. If we encounter any issues, we will promptly contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or provide a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Kindly be aware that shipping to PO Boxes is not available. If you provide a PO Box as your shipping address, it will result in a processing delay as we will need to contact you to obtain a physical address. Similarly, if you choose to ship to an address different from the billing address, there may be a slight processing delay as we verify the information. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping details to avoid any potential issues.

Shipping Department Hours: Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on the following business day.
- Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Preorders: If you have placed a pre-order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for it to be shipped after the suggested date. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be changed. To make changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct items. In-stock items purchased together with a pre-ordered item will be shipped together when the pre-ordered item is ready for shipment.

International Terms and Conditions: For international orders, please be aware that customs may impose taxes or additional fees. We do not cover these fees, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay them if they are charged by their country. By making a purchase, international customers agree to our terms and conditions, which cannot be adjusted for international orders. Riot is not responsible for any additional fees charged by UPS for shipping or processing.
If you refuse delivery or if a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or duties fees, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. A $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Refunds will not be provided.
To avoid unexpected fees, we recommend reviewing your country’s import duties and taxes before placing an order.
