Welcome to Riot Swim! We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Below, you’ll find our updated policy on refunds, store credits, and returns. Please note that this policy applies only to orders placed on or after 12/05/24.
Timeframes for Returns
- Refund Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Store Credit Eligibility: Items returned between 8 to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt are eligible for store credit.
Final Sale Items
Please note that all sale items, including items purchased during sale periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Restocking Fee Policy
A 20% restocking fee will apply to the entire order for returns if we need to restock your items. This fee supports the costs of inventory management, ensuring that our stock remains accurate and up-to-date.
How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is simple:

- Ship Your Return: Once approved, you’ll receive a return label via email. Please send the merchandise back within 7 calendar days of receiving the label.
Return Shipping and Fees
- Return Shipping Fee: An $8 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover shipping costs.
- Late Returns: Returns submitted outside the specified timeframes will not be accepted. Unapproved or late returns may also incur the 20% restocking fee.
Order Cancellations
During sale periods, changes or cancellations to orders are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately with your reason for cancellation.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery at contactus@riotswim.comor (281)-782-1145. Include your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To qualify for a refund or store credit, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all hang tags and hygiene liners intact.
