Riot Swim Store Policy

Welcome to Riot Swim! We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Below, you’ll find our updated policy on refunds, store credits, and returns. 

Timeframes for Returns

• Refund Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund.
• Store Credit Eligibility: Items returned between 8 to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt are eligible for store credit.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all sale items, including those purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and any other promotional sales, are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for store credit.

Restocking Fee Policy

At Riot Swim, we strive to accommodate our customers while upholding the integrity of our policies. If an exception is made to accept a return outside of our standard policy, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total order amount.

A restocking fee may be charged if:

• The return is accepted beyond the allowed return window.
• The item was originally final sale or non-returnable, but an exception was granted.
• The return was not processed correctly (such as sending back an item without receiving prior approval).
• The return requires additional processing outside of our usual return workflow.
• The return was approved under special circumstances, such as an extended return period or a policy exception.

If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

Initiating a return is simple:

1. Start Your Return: Use [this link] to submit your return request. Make sure the request is within the specified timeframes for eligibility.
2. Ship Your Return: Once approved, you’ll receive a return label via email. Please send the merchandise back within 7 calendar days of receiving the label.

Return Shipping and Fees

• Return Shipping Fee: An $8 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover shipping costs.
• Late Returns: Returns submitted outside the specified timeframes will not be accepted. Unapproved or late returns may also incur a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

During sale periods, changes or cancellations to orders are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately with your reason for cancellation.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery at contactus@riotswim.comor (281)-782-1145. Include your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Additional Notes

• Important: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact to be eligible for return. Any item that does not meet these requirements will be denied and sent back to the customer, and no refund or credit will be issued.

• Gift cards: Non-refundable and final sale.
