Timeframes for Returns

  • Refund Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund.
  • Store Credit Eligibility: Items returned between 8 to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt are eligible for store credit.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all sale items, including those purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other promotional sales, are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and final sale.

Restocking Fee Policy

At Riot Swim, we strive to accommodate our customers while upholding the integrity of our policies. If an exception is made to accept a return outside of our standard policy, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total order amount.

A restocking fee may be charged if:

  • The return is accepted beyond the allowed return window.
  • The item was originally final sale or non-returnable, but an exception was granted.
  • The return was not processed correctly (such as sending back an item without receiving prior approval).
  • The return requires additional processing outside of our usual return workflow.
  • The return was approved under special circumstances, such as an extended return period or a policy exception.

If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

Initiating a return is simple:

  • Start Your Return: Use [this link] to submit your return request. Make sure the request is within the specified timeframes for eligibility.
  • Ship Your Return: Once approved, you’ll receive a return label via email. Please send the merchandise back within 7 calendar days of receiving the label.

International Returns

International customers must contact us via email at contactus@riotswim.com for return approval before shipping any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • Return Shipping Fee: An $8 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover return shipping costs (domestic orders only).
  • Late Returns: Returns submitted outside the specified timeframes will not be accepted. Unapproved or late returns may also incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

Important Note on Return Eligibility

We take hygiene and product integrity very seriously. To protect our customers and maintain the highest standards, we are unable to accept returns that show any signs of wear, including:

  • Stains (even if minimal or from the try-on process)
  • Scents or residue from lotions, oils, or deodorants
  • Missing or removed hygiene liners
  • General damage or wear

Each return is thoroughly inspected by our team. If an item is found to be in less than perfect condition, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

Please note that we document all ineligible returns with photos and videos to ensure full transparency. Once a return has been deemed unacceptable, we are unable to make exceptions.

We highly recommend trying on all swimwear over undergarments and avoiding applying lotions, oils, or deodorants prior to trying on, to prevent any potential transfer to the fabric.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery at contactus@riotswim.com or call (281)-782-1145. Include your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue promptly.
